The Process

First things first - fill out a questionnaire about your business and workflow setup.
After, you'll be able to schedule a complimentary 20-minute coffee chat to better understand where you’re getting stuck and your questionnaire responses.

After our coffee chat, you'll receive an email with a follow-up containing a customized proposal.
Review the proposal and sign the contract to get started.

Before our call, you’ll receive access to your Notion client portal. There you’ll find your onboarding checklist, systems + processes questionnaire, project timeline, all of our meeting info, and more!
You’ll also grant us access to your current workspace (if you have one or use something other than Notion), SOPs, branding guidelines, any inspiration you are dreaming of for your ideal digital workspace, and anything else needed to kick off the project.
During the call, we’ll discuss and align on the project’s goals and milestones. We’ll also discuss any lingering questions that you or I might have.

After our kick-off call, I will start working on analyzing your current workspace, systems, processes, etc — I’ll take notes and take a look at how your entire customer journey is impacted by your systems + tech. I’ll create a tech stack map and a customer journey map for you to visualize how your business systems + processes are interwind and how we can simplify + optimize them!

In addition to the tech stack map, and a customer journey map - I’ll also create a full Blueprint of your workspace!
The blueprint will include page-hierarchy workspace map, dashboard wireframes, and button/database automation workflow maps.
You’ll receive the Blueprint 1 day before our Strategy Call.

After you finish reviewing the Workspace Blueprint we hop on a 60-min Strategy Call to discuss based on the workspace map + wireframes + automation maps to ensure we're on track!

I will build out the Notion workspace after I receive your approval on the Blueprint.
I will also build 1 full-version, in which you will get 1 round of revision, edits + feedback.

During this 1:1 - 90-minute - Delivery Call, I will train you on how to use your custom Notion Workspace via Google Meet, which will be a recorded video call for you to reference later!

Unlimited support, feedback and help from me via email/Slack for 2 weeks after delivery to ensure you have no issues.
