Terms of Digital Product Purchase and Use
Biz Strtga Digital Products

This Agreement is between You ("Purchaser", "You", "Your") and Biz Strtga, operated by Jeanny Olivares-Pitchford ("Company", "We", "Us", "Our") for the purpose of any digital product purchase through bizstrtga.com or any related domains or subdomains (the "Sites").
By purchasing any Digital Product, You agree to be bound by these Terms, without any other conditions or declarations. If at any time You do not agree with these Terms or find them otherwise unacceptable, please discontinue use of Our Product(s) immediately.
Scope of Product Purchase Agreement
Our "Digital Products" include but are not limited to: Notion templates, dashboard templates, workflow templates, business planning templates, content planning templates, project management templates, Apple Shortcuts (delivered via iCloud sharing links), digital downloads, automation tools, productivity resources, and any other digital products for paid purchase on these Sites.
Intellectual Property
All Digital Products are the intellectual property of and are owned by Biz Strtga / Jeanny Olivares-Pitchford. All content is protected under applicable copyright and other proprietary rights.
Age Requirements
By purchasing any Digital Products, You warrant that You are at least 18 years of age and are otherwise legally able to enter into a valid contract.
PURCHASE POLICIES & NO REFUNDS
ALL DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UPON PURCHASEdue to the immediate nature of delivery of the digital product(s) to your email address, iCloud sharing access, or immediate download access to the files and information contained within the products.
Instant download items don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact Biz Strtga at support@bizstrtga.com about any problems with your order prior to purchase.
License to Use Digital Products
So long as You comply with these Terms of Use, Biz Strtga grants You ONE revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, view, duplicate, edit, and use the Digital Product(s) You purchase solely for Your individual business use ("Permitted Use"), provided that You:
- Abide by all copyright protections afforded to the Products, both as formally registered and as otherwise provided by law
- Do not resell, redistribute, or share the Products on any other website, through any networked environment, or otherwise offer them for distribution or sale
- Do not modify the Products beyond customization necessary for your personal business use
- Do not claim ownership of the original product structure, design, or framework
- Do not share access links including but not limited to iCloud sharing links, download links, or any other method of product access
Permitted Modifications by Product Type:
Notion Templates:
- Adding your own content, text, and data
- Changing colors, fonts, and basic styling
- Customizing fields and properties for your business needs
- Creating copies for different projects within your business
Apple Shortcuts (via iCloud sharing links):
- Customizing input parameters for your specific needs
- Modifying text, contacts, or app connections for your setup
- Adding the shortcut to your personal device(s)
Other Digital Downloads:
- Downloading to your personal devices for business use
- Using content as intended for your business operations
Prohibited Uses for All Products:
- Selling or giving copies to others
- Using products as part of a service you sell to clients (unless specifically licensed)
- Extracting product structures to create competing products
- Sharing login credentials, access links, or duplicate links with others
- Posting products in public forums, social media, or file-sharing platforms
- Reverse engineering, deconstructing, or analyzing products to understand build methodology for replication purposes
Violation Consequences: If you violate this license by giving, selling, or sharing access to the Product with any third party, We reserve the right to invoice you for the licenses you have distributed, revoke your access to our Products permanently, disable sharing links, and/or pursue legal action for damages.
NO WARRANTIES
BIZ STRTGA'S DIGITAL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". THE COMPANY OFFERS NO WARRANTY, EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED, REGARDING ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS, THE ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION, OR ANY RIGHTS OR LICENSES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
We do not warrant that the products will be compatible with all versions of third-party software (including but not limited to Notion, Apple iOS, macOS, or iCloud), that third-party functionality will remain unchanged, or that sharing links will remain perpetually active. OBTAINING PRODUCTS THROUGH THESE SITES IS DONE AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Biz Strtga be liable under this Agreement to Purchaser or any other third party for consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, arising out of, relating to, or in connection with any breach of this Agreement, regardless of:
- Whether such damages were foreseeable
- Whether or not Purchaser was advised of such damages
- The legal or equitable theory upon which the claim is based
Maximum Damages
The sole remedy for any actions or claims shall be limited to and shall not exceed the total amount paid by Purchaser for the specific Digital Product(s) purchased under this Agreement.
No Business Guarantees
Biz Strtga makes no guarantees as to business results, productivity improvements, financial gains, or any other outcomes from using our Digital Products. Results depend entirely on your implementation and use of the products.
Technical Support
We provide basic setup guidance and product documentation. However, we do not provide ongoing technical support for third-party software issues (Notion, Apple devices, iCloud, etc.), custom modifications beyond the original product, or troubleshooting unrelated to the original product design. Support is limited to product functionality as originally delivered.
Build Methodology & Consultation Services
If you are interested in understanding how our products are built, learning our design methodology, or receiving guidance on creating similar solutions for your own use, please contact us about our consultation services at support@bizstrtga.com.
Consultation services are available separately and include:
- Build process walkthroughs
- Design methodology explanations
- Custom product development guidance
- One-on-one training sessions
Attempting to reverse engineer purchased products to understand build processes without booking proper consultation services violates these terms.
Sales Taxes
Should any sale and/or use tax be imposed on any part of Your purchase, such tax shall be collected from You and remitted by Company. All applicable sales tax will be included at checkout.
Entire Agreement
This is a binding Product Purchase and Use Agreement that incorporates the entire understanding of the Parties, supersedes any other written or oral agreements between the Parties. Any modifications must be in writing, signed by both Parties.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. The Parties agree that any dispute or lawsuit arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Los Angeles County, California.
Arbitration
Any disputes upon which an amicable understanding cannot be reached shall be decided by arbitration in accordance with the procedural rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration proceeding shall take place in Los Angeles County, California unless another location is mutually agreed upon.
Severability & No Waiver
If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain valid and enforceable. Any failure to enforce a provision shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion of this Agreement.
Transfer Restrictions
This Agreement cannot be transferred or assigned to any third party by the Purchaser without the written consent of Biz Strtga.
