Content Marketing Hub
The complete content marketing operating system for service providers — plan, create, schedule, publish, and measure content that actually drives revenue. Notion isn't an island — connect it to Make, Canva, Tally, and more.
Content Marketing Hub - Notion Template
WHY THE HUB?
These purposefully designed dashboards and automations help you:
- Stop posting blind — know exactly which content brings in leads, consultations, and revenue; not just likes
- Create without chaos — tasks auto-generate with calculated deadlines the moment you create a content piece
- Connect content to cash — an attribution model traces every post from lead to closed client
- Replace 4+ tools for a one-time fee — no more scattered subscriptions that don't talk to each other
- See your feed before you post — a live social preview widget shows your grid exactly as it'll look
- Built for Notion, not against it — integrates with Make, Canva, Tally, and Netlify without leaving your hub
THE PROBLEM
You're creating content. It's just not creating clients.
You're posting consistently. Writing blogs. Maybe even sending newsletters. And you know content works — you've seen it work for other people. But right now, your content feels like:
- Output without strategy — you're posting because you should, not because each piece connects to a clear business goal
- Scattered across tools that don't talk to each other — Google Docs for drafts, a spreadsheet for scheduling, a separate tool for analytics, Planoly open in another tab
- Invisible ROI — you can name your follower count, but you can't name which piece of content brought in your last client
- Production that falls apart — tasks slip, deadlines get missed, half-finished content sits in drafts for weeks
You don't need another content calendar. You need a system that connects strategy to execution to revenue — and shows you exactly what's working.
THE SOLUTION
The Content Marketing Hub
A complete content marketing operating system built entirely in Notion — designed for service providers who want their content to drive leads, consultations, and revenue.
This isn't a template with a calendar view and a few filters. It's 8 interconnected dashboards, 15+ data sources, built-in automation integrations, and a revenue attribution model that traces every piece of content from first idea to closed client.
THE METHOD
Built on the Growth Cycle Method
Most content tools ask when you're posting. The Content Marketing Hub asks why — and tracks whether it's working.
Every dashboard in the hub is designed around a single philosophy: content should move people through a cycle, not a one-way funnel.
The cycle repeats. What you learn in Bloom feeds back into Seed — so every content quarter gets smarter than the last. This is the architecture most service providers are missing.
WHAT'S INSIDE
The Main Dashboard — Your Daily Home Base
Every time you open the hub, this is where you land. It's not a menu — it's a live command center that shows you exactly what needs your attention today.
- Content Center — One-click creation for every format (Blog, Instagram, Pinterest, Newsletter, Threads, and YouTube), plus snapshots of your best-performing combinations, content gaps, and 7-day + 30-day channel distribution
- Social Media Preview Widget — See how your scheduled posts look as a live visual feed before anything goes live
- Content Overview — Your full content calendar sorted by Predicted Score (highest potential first) and Strategic Fit (most aligned to your goals) — with conditional formatting built in
- Content Tasks — Due list, grouped-by-content view, task timeline, and overdue catch-all so production never slips
- Content Mix Dashboard — Charts that break down scheduled content by offer, channel, and topic so you can sanity-check your publishing balance at a glance
- Quick Links + Navigation — Jump to any sub-dashboard, master database, or platform account link from one place
Your daily flow takes 2–5 minutes. Check tasks → confirm what's scheduled → scan the preview and mix. That's it. The hub surfaces what matters so you don't have to go looking for it.
AUTOMATION INTEGRATIONS
The hub doesn't just organize. It does things.
All integrations are optional and built on tools with free plans. They work as long as you haven't hit the free tier limits — details below.
Make + Canva x Notion — Auto-Generate Designs
Press a button on any content piece → a Make automation triggers → Canva auto-generates a design at the exact dimensions for that content type → the design link saves back to Notion automatically.
One click. Right size. No app switching.
Tools needed: Make (free) + Canva (free)
Free tier note: Make's free plan includes 1,000 operations/month and up to 2 active scenarios. This integration uses 1 scenario — works on free as long as you're not already at your 2-scenario limit.
Netlify — Live Social Media Preview
Deploy a lightweight widget to Netlify and embed it in your hub. Toggle a checkbox on any content piece and it appears in a live visual grid — filtered by channel. See how your feed looks before you post.
Tools needed: Netlify (free)
Free tier note: Netlify's free plan supports this widget with up to 300 credits a month. Only a factor if you're already running 3+ active Netlify projects hitting bandwidth limits.
Built-in — Auto-Generated Task Timelines
This one runs entirely inside Notion — no external tools needed. Create a content piece and every production task auto-generates with calculated deadlines, weekends skipped. Blog? 10-day plan. IG Reel? 4 days. Fully customizable per channel.
Tools needed: Just Notion

THE ATTRIBUTION MODEL
Most templates track likes. This one tracks revenue.
The Analytics & Reporting dashboard includes 10+ formula properties that build a complete attribution pipeline — from published content to closed client:
Content Published → Impressions → Engagement → Clicks → Leads Generated→ MQLs → Projects Won → Estimated Revenue
For every piece of content, you can see:
- Engagement Rate — Are people actually interacting?
- Conversion Rate — Are they taking the next step?
- Weighted Conversion Score — The primary ranking metric, weighted toward revenue over reach
- Lead → MQL Rate — How many leads show real buying intent?
- MQL → Close Rate — How efficiently are you converting consultations?
- Estimated Revenue — How much did this content generate based on your offers?
- Content ROI — Was it worth the time?
Lead Source Attribution Built In
Every content piece with a CTA link auto-generates a UTM-tracked version — encoding source, medium, content name, and campaign directly into the URL. Pair it with an embedded Tally form (free) on your website and you'll know exactly which post, blog, or reel brought in each inquiry. No guessing. No "how did you hear about me?" post-its. Not using Tally? No problem! I also share two questions you should keep on your inquiry forms too.
Built for service providers. Conversions are weighted heavier than engagement because you need clients, not followers. A post with 50 likes and 3 leads beats a post with 5,000 likes and 0 leads. Every time.
Business plan accounts get to view charts in a dashboard view!
Don't have a Business plan account? No worries, with a Plus plan, you'll still be able to view the data with charts.

Built by a Notion Ambassador. Designed from real client work.
Hola, I'm Jen. I build Notion operations systems that actually scale.
As a Notion Academy Essentials, Workflows & Advanced certified expert and official Notion Ambassador, I've spent 5+ years in marketing operations. I build systems around how you actually work — not around what looks good in a screenshot.
The Content Marketing Hub is the same architecture I build in $3,000+ custom engagements, packaged as a guided self-serve template. The system doesn't just look good — it's wired to run.

Frequently asked questions
What's the return policy?
Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Please read the full digital product terms and conditions prior to your purchase.
Do I need Notion to use this?
Yes. The hub is built entirely in Notion. You'll need a Notion account — a plus plan works best, but a business plan is recommended for the full feature set. It's not recommended to use the free account as you won't be able to see all the charts.
What apps does the hub use, and do I need accounts for all of them?
The hub references five external tools — all optional, all free to start:
- Make — Used for the Canva design automation. Free plan includes 1,000 ops/month and up to 2 active scenarios. You only need this if you want the one-click Canva feature.
- Canva — Used alongside Make to auto-generate designs. Free plan works. Canva Pro unlocks more templates but isn’t required.
- Netlify — Used to deploy the Social Media Preview Widget. Free plan supports this with up to 300 build minutes/month. Only relevant if you want the live feed preview — and only a factor if you’re already running 3+ active Netlify projects near your bandwidth limit.
- Tally — Used for the lead source attribution form (captures which content drove each inquiry). Free plan is fully supported for this use case.
- Apple Shortcuts — Used for the iPhone quick-capture shortcut (send ideas to Notion without opening the app). iPhone only. Free. Setup guide included.
None of these are required to use the hub. The core system — all 8 dashboards (1 main command center + 7 sub-dashboards), analytics, task timelines, content calendar, and attribution formulas — runs entirely inside Notion.
How does UTM tracking and lead attribution work — and will it work on my website?
The hub auto-generates a UTM-tagged URL for every content piece with a CTA link. These URLs encode the source, medium, content name, and campaign so you can trace which post, blog, or reel drove each inquiry.
What you need on your website side:
You’ll need a way to capture the UTM parameters when someone fills out your contact or inquiry form. The hub includes a setup guide for Tally (free), which reads UTM parameters automatically from the URL and passes them into the form submission.
Platform compatibility:
- Squarespace — Tally embeds work. UTM parameters pass through if your form or booking link is on the landing page the visitor arrives at.
- Shopify — Works well with Tally embedded via custom HTML. UTMs pass through on product and landing pages.
- WordPress / Showit — Full support. Tally or any form tool that reads URL parameters works.
- Linktree / link-in-bio pages — UTMs may not persist across redirects depending on how the link is set up. Direct links to your site work best.
Cookie and consent disclaimer:
UTM parameters are URL-based — they don’t rely on cookies or pixel tracking, so they are not affected by cookie consent banners or browser-level ad blocking. However, if your website platform or analytics tool (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) uses cookies to stitch UTM data across sessions, those components are subject to your visitor’s cookie consent settings and your local privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
The hub’s attribution is last-touch and session-based — it captures what’s in the URL at the moment of form submission if you’re directing directly to a page with your inquiry embedded into it. No cookies required on the Notion or Tally side.
How is this different from a content calendar template?
A content calendar tracks when you're posting. The Content Marketing Hub tracks why — and whether it's working. It includes a calendar (with 6 views) on the main dashboard, plus strategy planning, campaign management, an attribution model, UTM tracking, brand assets, and a resource library. It's the difference between a spreadsheet and an operating system.
Can I customize it for my business?
Yes, the setup guide walks you through adding your own channels, offers, pillars, and personas. Content timelines are editable per content type. Views are filterable. Sample data shows you how everything connects before you replace it with your own. However, it’s not recommended to change the property names on the Content database as that connects to code for the Social Media Preview Widget.
How long does setup actually take?
Most people complete the core setup in one hour following the 7-step guide. The optional integrations (Social Preview widget, Canva automation, attribution setup) can be done later — they don't block you from using the system.
What if I get stuck during setup?
You have 20 video tutorials, a written guide, and a troubleshooting section covering the most common issues. If you’d like support without having to set it up yourself, the Hub + Support bundle ($547) includes a 1:1 call with Jen to customize the setup for your specific business — up to 3 offers and 10 content types. Add-on sessions available after purchase.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
One-time purchase for the template + the widget, but you will need a Notion account. It's recommended that you have a paid plan as a free plan will not display all the charts. The Make, Canva, Tally, Netlify integrations all work on the free account but do have their own limitations.
What if I already have content in Notion?
The hub is designed to work alongside what you already have — you don't need to delete or migrate anything.
Here's how to approach it:
- Your existing content stays where it is. The hub uses its own databases. You're not replacing your current setup — you're building a new system. Once it's configured, you can manually add your top-performing pieces to start seeing analytics immediately.
- Properties don't transfer automatically. If you have a content database in Notion already, the hub won't pull from it. You'd re-enter key pieces (start with your top 5–10 posts) and log the metrics you already know — channel, impressions, leads generated. The attribution model starts working the moment data is in.
- Don't move the Content database properties. The Social Media Preview Widget reads specific property names from that database. Everything else in the hub is fully editable — channels, pillars, offers, personas — but those property names should stay as-is.
Most people find it easier to start fresh with the hub's sample data, get familiar with the system for a week, then bring in past content selectively rather than trying to bulk-migrate everything at once.
What kind of service providers is this for?
Web designers, consultants, coaches, photographers, copywriters, social media managers, virtual assistants — any service-based business that uses content to attract clients. The sample data uses a web designer perspective, but the system is fully customizable for any service.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes — watch the full template tour video above. It shows every dashboard with sample data flowing through the entire system.
Who built this?
Jen — a Notion Academy certified expert (Essentials, Workflows & Advanced), official Notion Ambassador, and founder of Biz Strtga. This is the same architecture used in $3,000+ custom client engagements, packaged as a guided self-serve template.
Your content should know its ROI.
You've been creating. Posting. Showing up. But without a system connecting strategy to execution to measurement, you can't see what's working — and you can't double down on it.
The Content Marketing Hub gives you the infrastructure to know exactly which content drives revenue. So you can do more of what works, stop wasting time on what doesn't, and build a content operation that actually moves your business forward.
One ecosystem.
Join the service providers who stopped guessing and started converting.
