Introducing the Growth Cycle Method

Great workspaces don’t arrive fully grown — they’re cultivated. The Growth Cycle Method is my signature five-phase approach that mirrors how things grow in nature, so your Notion ecosystem develops strong roots and stays sustainable as you scale.

Instead of forcing your business into a rigid template, we move through the phases your studio actually needs:

Seeding
Ideation
Germination
Planning
Nurturing
Implementation
Harvesting
Pilot Run
Pruning
Refinement

Every business has a different growth pattern — we choose the phases that support yours.

Hola, I’m Jen

I build Notion operations that actually scale.

You’re brilliant at what you do — but your systems aren’t keeping up. I design Notion workspaces for service providers who are done piecing together Google Docs, DMs, and a dozen apps.

As a Notion Academy Essentials, Workflows & Advanced certified expert and official Notion Ambassador, with 5+ years in marketing ops, I build client ops hubs, content hubs, and custom ecosystems around how you really work — not generic templates that gather digital dust.

So you can spend your brainpower on strategy, clients, and creativity… not searching for files.

Notion’s New API (09-03-2025): Tiny Swap for Query and Create + My 3 Notion Shortcuts

Notion’s latest API turns databases into containers with one or more data sources—so your updates depend on what your Shortcut does. Querying rows? Switch to POST /v1/data_sources/{DATA_SOURCE_ID}/query. Creating tasks? Keep POST /v1/pages and set the parent to data_source_id. In this guide I show the two tiny changes, where to copy your Data Source ID, and how to confirm headers (Notion-Version: 2025-09-03).
