Shipping policy

Order Processing

We process orders within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully completed. Please note that orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the weight of the items and the delivery location.

Digital Products

Digital products, such as Notion templates and Apple Shortcut iCloud sharing links, are delivered instantly via email or through a download link upon successful payment. There are no shipping fees for digital products.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders may vary depending on the destination. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if applicable. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@bizstrtga.com with your order details. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Shipping Restrictions

Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If your location is restricted, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method or cancel the order.
