You can edit. Drag a task to a new day and it writes back to your Notion database. Drag the bottom edge to change its duration. Click an empty day to add a new task. Move a Google Calendar event you own and it updates in Google Calendar. Cmd/Ctrl+Z undoes any change.

Only the properties the widget touches — the date on a task you drag, or a task you create from the calendar. It never deletes anything, and it never touches properties you haven't connected. The Notion integration you create is scoped to the databases you explicitly connect it to, and nothing else in your workspace.

The calendar renders on mobile and iPad, but it's best used as view-only there. Full drag-and-drop and click-to-open work on desktop and laptop.

Yes — up to 3. Useful for separating work, personal, and client tasks. Each task shows which database it came from, and you can toggle any of them on or off from the settings panel.

No problem. The widget reads one date property, called Working Dates by default. If your column is named something else, you can either rename it in Notion or point the widget at your name with a single setting — both are covered in the setup guide. If you use the included Tasks database, everything already matches.

Changes you makeinthe widget save immediately, with a status badge confirming it. The widget also refreshes on its own when you come back to the tab. If you've just edited something directly in Notion and want it right now, hit Sync.

Yes. You create your own Notion integration and your own Google credentials, and they live in your Netlify environment variables. They never pass through a third-party server. Your data stays yours.

Yes. The settings panel covers colors for the whole widget and per calendar or database, your default view, light/dark/auto mode, hiding completed tasks, and showing full date ranges or just end dates.

Not permanently. Every embed points at the same URL, so your default view is shared across all of them. You can switch instantly on any page with keyboard shortcuts —mfor month,wfor week,dfor day,tfor today — it just won't stick per page.

The widget can only see calendars that are currently enabled in Google Calendar itself. If a calendar is switched off on your end, it won't appear in the widget at all — not even as a toggle. Turn it on in Google first, then use the widget's toggles to control what displays.

No. The widget reads and writes dates, status, and the core task fields. Anything deeper — relations, rollups, formulas — opens in Notion with one click from the task popup.

Yes. If your tasks database is shared with a team, you can set the widget to show only tasks assigned to you, so you're not looking at everyone's workload. Covered in the setup guide.

No. The widget is licensed for use in your own workspace. If you build templates for clients or sell planners, your buyers need their own copy — and if you'd like to earn on those referrals, the affiliate program is the way to do it.
